此次立揚箔業科技與海糧設計合作，《 箔樣＋ Foil Catalogue+ 》中涵括基本的測試線條、字體、網點細緻程度表現，並燙在三種台灣常使用的紙張及顏色上；有別第一版《 箔樣 》，這次作品特別收入過去缺少的燙金箔顏色，更加完整，因此命名為《 箔樣＋ Foil Catalogue+ 》，由名稱可知係與 2018 年的《箔樣》有所連結。其中舉凡各種彩度的綠色、螢光的金屬色系...等共三十餘種原《箔樣》裡未涵括的色系，它們的顏色更特別、而適性也與一般常用的金屬箔無異。
箔樣系列作品除了使人重新關注燙金技術的工藝性外，或許是真的產生了影響，海流設計發覺近年來業內以網點作爲最小單位的做法逐步成微趨勢，創造燙金更多不同的形式，此一作法正是 2018 年當時打造《箔樣》時大量應用的技術。而如今 2020 年全新推出的《 箔樣＋》則想與大眾分享「半透明箔」的使用方式。
無論是金屬箔或顏料箔兩者皆具有不透明特與色調單一的特性，使其燙金應用上造成限制。除較為人所知的透明箔款式之外，在立揚箔業的協助下，《 箔樣＋ Foil Catalogue+ 》將具有「半透明特性」的箔共 20 款獨立出來作為新作的亮點。承襲過往的編排和呈現，依舊將半透明箔印燙在三種不同顏色的紙張上，此次更為了增添實用性，特別在半透明箔樣本中，增加一張以半透明箔燙印加工的實際印刷的印件，如此一來能讓使用者更了解其半透明箔的覆蓋程度與特性。同時，為了讓大家更能對半透明的特性有所感，《 箔樣＋ Foil Catalogue+ 》中收入以各種半透明的特性設計的五款實驗作品。
海流設計主理人 Adam 表示：我們對於箔樣系列作品最引以為傲的是，我們皆使用台灣本地的產品以及台灣的燙金技術，做出非常高水準的成果。經過這三年的經驗的堆疊也發現，我們其實從未發現過新的技術，僅只是重新發掘燙金的本質與可能性。發表此作品的海流設計團隊期許自己能以設計的力量持續影響社會，而推出「箔樣」系列作品的初衷，則是希望透過燙金技術與紙張間的激盪為設計界激發更多可能性。
